Document screening
- Based on the contents of the submitted documents, we evaluate the suitability of applicants and recruitment areas

Interview
- We evaluate the experience and business skills necessary for carrying out the work through the practical staff interview, and the sociality that can fit into the organization
- For experienced workers, we focus on the level of expertise and experience required for the recruitment sector
